The Grove City Fee Recovery Policy establishes a fee structure for the use of consulting architects and engineers for plan review and inspection services. This policy applies to all proposed public and private site improvement projects within the City of Grove City.

Historical Preservation Area Color Chart
The Color Chart for the Historical Preservation Area (HPA) details colors permitted for building exteriors for all new construction, reconstruction, remodeling and exterior maintenance of existing structures within the HPA. Approved colors are limited to black, white, and colors shown on the Chart in the categories of Colonial and Federal Styles, Early Victorian Period and/or Late Victorian Period. Identical colors from other manufacturers are also permitted.

Parks, Recreation and Open Space Comprehensive Plan
The Parks, Recreation and Open Space Comprehensive Plan is a guide for the development of parkland, recreational offerings and departmental organization. The intent of this plan is to provide decision makers with a comprehensive understanding of existing conditions and a policy framework to advance the parks system and recreational programs offered by the City.

Public and Private Pond Design Standards
Although every pond is unique and designed based on specific site conditions, the Public and Private Pond Design Standards are intended to establish the minimum requirements for the layout and design of site improvements within the City of Grove City. The design of any improvements including and adjacent to all ponds and stormwater management basins shall conform to the standards in Grove City Ordinance 1101 Development Standards (sections 1101.01, 1101.02 and 1101.05).

Stream Protection Policy
Development on any parcel in Grove City that contains a natural stream must conform to the design standards in the Stream Protection Policy. The policy protects natural open watercourses by creating setbacks from the waterway. The policy also limits uses that are allowed within the setback to minimize disturbance to the area.
