Zoning Information
Grove City is divided into zoning districts to promote and protect the health and safety of its residents and businesses. Each district must follow regulations that control land use, establish area requirements and regulate physical improvements (e.g. lot coverage, height requirements). The specific requirements for each district can be found in the Planning and Zoning Code. The zoning map shows the boundaries of each district.
Zoning information on a particular parcel is available through C.O.D.E.S. (Contractor Online Data Express System.), an online system that allows you to search by street address or parcel number.
